Up to $15.99 = $5.95
From $16.00 to 24.99 = $6.95
From $25.00 to 44.99 = $7.95
From $45.00 to 64.99 = $9.95
From $65.00 to 99.99 = $11.95
From $100.00 to 124.99 = $13.95
From $125.00 to 174.99 = $15.95
From $175.00 and Up = 10% of subtotal

Oversized/heavy items:
Bolsters, Sandbags and Cotton Yoga mats are an additional $4.00 each

We ship via UPS Ground Residential service and do not require a signature unless you request this.
Please note that this means the driver can leave the package if no one is there and if the item is
stolen or damaged, neither UPS nor Hugger Mugger would be held responsible. If you require different
handling of your package, please request a signature or provide us with an address where someone will be

Return Policy:

We take pride in the products we offer and in the service we provide.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. You may return unused items for
exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of service. Sorry, we cannot refund
shipping and handling charges or postage return. Please ship return via insured
mail, UPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. We will not accept any of
the following as returns: open media and books; yoga balls; damaged items
or items missing parts; worn garments; special orders or customized products.

Please call 1-800-473-4888 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number. We cannot accept any return without an RMA number.
