Return Policy

We take pride in the products we offer and in the services we provide. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Unused items, purchased directly from Hugger Mugger or Hugger Mugger.com, may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment. (Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges from your initial order, or return charges to our warehouse.)

Items purchased from a reseller, studio, or online, must be returned to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To process a return/exchange:

You must call Customer Serrvice at 1-800-473-4888 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns without this number. RMA NUMBERS ARE GOOD FOR 30 DAYS ONLY. You must provide Proof of Purchase Return Merchandise in clean condition

Hugger Mugger will not be liable for packages that get lost in transit. We recommend you insure your package, or use a method of shipping that provides a tracking number. We cannot accept the following items for return: Open Media (Books, DVD's or CD's) Yoga Balls Damaged items or items with missing parts Worn Garments Special Orders or customized products.
