Unlike most backbenders, our Arches Back Arch allows the shoulders to roll down, expanding the chest and abdomen while supporting the entire spine. Arches' unique design provides two different curves: a gradual arch at one end and a steeper arch at the opposite end for more flexible people. The small Arch "pillow" can be placed anywhere along the ridge to support the curve of your neck, or to support your head. The Arches Back Arch is lightweight, sturdy and portable. A drawstring bag with a convenient handle is included. Individuals with back conditions should talk with their physicians or yoga instructors prior to using the Arches Back Arch. Now made from recycled foam.
