I have used this pillow nearly every day for three years. I have used it for cramps, sore muscles and warmth in bed when it is cold. The large size and shape make it versatile for the body curves. This baby holds heat for a very long period of time and does not emit moisture like some grain pillows do. The smell is really wonderful as well!! I will have to say that the materials have held up quite well as I think I have abused this thing quite a bit by putting it in the microwave over and over at 5 minutes multiple times in the evening. SO after three years of extreme use its time for a new one. I think I've burned the herbs out and some of the flax seed. SO much better than any pillow I've used yet!! I go nowhere without it. except maybe camping. I guess it could be a little cheaper since flaxseeds aren't really that expensive. but hey its america. (Posted on 12/3/14)

I absolutely love this pillow! I have a ton of knots in my neck and shoulders and after using it once while heated, it took them all out. I warmed it for five minutes in the microwave, but I think it would be best to try in the oven on the warming setting. The weight is comfortable on the shoulders and it wraps around perfectly. Plus, the smell is more than heavenly--not too strong but present. I feel I will use this pillow every day. (Posted on 12/5/13)
