You may return unused items for exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of service. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or postage return. Please ship return via insured mail, UPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. We will not accept any of the following as returns: open media and books; yoga balls; damaged items or items missing parts; worn garments; special orders or customized products.
Please call 1-800-473-4888 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We cannot accept any return without an RMA number.
