Wholesale Requirements
In order to be set up on a permanent wholesale account the following
requirements will need to be met:
1. The first order needs to equal $150.00 or more after the discount.
2. The Company Wholesale Account Application must be filled out
completely and sent in with the first order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for the account to be set up.
After your account has been established, there will be no minimum dollar
requirement for future orders. Please be sure to include a form of
payment at the time the order is placed to ensure timely processing.
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and money orders.
We do not keep credit cards on file. Please note we must receive
payment before any items are shipped. Setting up a wholesale account
does not set up terms for billing, if you would like terms
please contact customer service for information.
***For sole proprietors you may use your social security number and
a copy of your teaching certificate in lieu of the tax ID number.
