Are you feeling overwhelmed? When you get stressed out about all the responsibilities on your plate during the holidays (or any time, for that matter), it can be very helpful to literally count your blessings.

You don’t even have to take time out to do this. Next time you’re waiting in line or stopped at a stoplight, think about all the things there are in your life to be grateful for. This is a wonderful way to bring balance and brightness to your life.

We’d love for you to share your thoughts about what you feel grateful for.
