Spot clean with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, empty buckwheat hulls into a bowl. Hand wash cover and hang to dry. Replace filling when completely dry.

Well made. Very useful for many poses. But actual color is nothing like the pretty bright turquoise shown; instead it is a dull aqua.

This is a quality cushion. As soon as you sit on it, you can tell that it's really well made. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because shipping was for some reason $14. The cushion didn't weigh that much and it took about a week and a half to arrive, so I'm not sure why shipping was so much. Other than that, great product! But I probably wouldn't shop at Hugger Mugger again unless shipping prices are reduced or the high cost at least explained.
It's portable, which is a plus for me as a roving yoga teacher. I ordered it specifically for several of my seniors with worn knees to try in class. Several people use it as a roll underneath their knees while in savasana. Some like to sit on it. A few told me they would remove some of the hulls to make the height work for them. If any of my students choose to order this on their own, I will direct them to the website.
