1. Shipping Destinations
We ship within the United States, including:
• All 48 contiguous states
• Alaska
• Hawaii
International shipping may be available to select countries.
We are unable to ship to the following countries at this time:
• Cuba
• Iran
• Sudan
• North Korea
• Syria
Please note our website will not accept orders from the following countries; you will need to contact our distributors as follows:
• Russia – www.mfitness.ru

2. Order Processing
Orders require 1–2 business days for processing prior to shipment.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays
• Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may begin processing the following business day
• Processing times may vary for handmade products and during peak seasons, including holidays
• Processing time refers to order preparation and is separate from shipping transit time
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.
Estimated delivery windows begin once your order has shipped.
Typical delivery estimates:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We primarily ship via FedEx and other major carriers as needed.
Signature confirmation is not required for residential deliveries unless requested. Additional charges may apply if signature confirmation is added.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A shipping confirmation email is sent as soon as your purchase has shipped.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scan
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method
Additional shipping fees apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
6. International Orders – Duties & Taxes
For international orders shipped from the United States, the recipient is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Gift orders may also be assessed duties depending on the country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding:
• Import duties
• Taxes
• Restricted items
• Customs clearance procedures
Customs policies vary widely by country, and we are unable to predict or control these charges.
7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Missing apartment or unit number
• Failed delivery attempts
Additional reshipping fees may apply.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Orders not yet processed may be eligible for changes or cancellation
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
9. Split Shipments
Orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations and may arrive in separate packages.
• Separate tracking numbers will be provided
• No additional shipping charges are applied due to split shipments
10. Missing Orders
If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at customerservice@huggermugger.com within 3 days of the delivery date.
Please include:
• Order number
• Carrier tracking number
Before contacting us, we recommend:
• Checking around your delivery location
• Asking household members or neighbors
• Contacting the carrier directly
Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered fulfilled. While Hugger Mugger is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations when eligible.
11. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
We will review and assist with a resolution when appropriate.
12. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Severe weather
• Carrier service disruptions
• Customs processing delays
• Natural disasters
• Other unforeseen events
We will assist in tracking and resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
