Placing An Order

At this time, we’re not able to offer order pickup from our Salt Lake City location. That facility operates as a warehouse only and is not open to the public for in-person pickups.
All orders are shipped directly from the warehouse to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment. If you have any questions about shipping options or delivery timelines, we’re always happy to help.
If your tracking information shows the order as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend checking a few things first:
- Look around your delivery area, including porches, side doors, garages, or mailrooms
- Check with other household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package
- If applicable, contact your building management or front desk
Carriers will sometimes mark a package as delivered slightly before it arrives, so it may still show up later the same day or the following business day.
If you’re still unable to locate the package after checking the above, please let us know. We’re happy to assist further by reviewing the delivery details and advising on next steps.
If you need to place an order that is tax exempt, we’re happy to assist you directly. Please contact Hugger Mugger Customer Care so we can help process the order correctly.

Shipping & Handling
All orders require 2 business days for processing prior to being shipped from the warehouse. This time may vary for handmade products and during busy seasons such as the Holidays. Visit our Shipping & Handling page for more details.
Unused items, purchased directly from Hugger Mugger or HuggerMugger.com, may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment. Read our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
Please note that all Sale and Discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased from third-party retailers or resellers must be returned directly to the original place of purchase and are subject to their return policies.
Products
Even when mats are the same style and color, natural variations can occur during the manufacturing process. For example:
- Color shading differences can happen due to variations in the natural rubber or dye batches
- Texture or surface variations may appear because they may have come from different production runs
These differences are normal and do not affect the performance, durability, or grip of your mat. In fact, they make each mat unique!
If you have any concerns about your mats, or notice any defects beyond normal variation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If your bolster has a removable cover, unzip and remove the cover before washing. The cover only may be machine washed, please do not wash the inner pillow.
Cover care instructions:
- Machine wash cold
- Gentle cycle
- Mild detergent
- Wash with like colors
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener
For drying, we recommend air drying when possible. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly.
Inner pillow care:
The inner bolster (cotton, foam, or buckwheat fill) should not be machine washed. If needed, spot clean gently with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry completely before placing the cover back on.
Important note about fit:
With regular or active use, bolsters may naturally become more firm or structured over time. As a result, it can sometimes be a bit challenging to put the cover back on after washing. Taking your time, gently compressing the bolster, and ensuring the cover is fully dry can help make reassembly easier.
For best results, we also recommend letting your bolster air out occasionally and ensuring all parts are fully dry before use.
Hugger Mugger stands behind the quality of our products, though we do not offer a universal lifetime warranty across all items. Products purchased directly from Hugger Mugger are covered by our standard return and quality support policy, which allows returns or exchanges for unused items within 30 days of shipment.
