I’m so glad I picked up one of these peanuts to roll out my back and feet! It really targets the knots that foam rollers sometimes can’t get to. The peanut has a little give to it, so it doesn’t feel like a torture device. It smooths out muscle tissue in a way that is nurturing and releasing.
I do not recommend this product. It is not sturdy or strong enough to roll underneath one on the floor, and the knobs on it are not comfortable for static use in a chair. It felt as though it flattened a bit when I tried to lie down and use it to massage my spine. It's made of cheap plastic- not sustainable or environmentally friendly. I regret the purchase.
Great for my sore, flat feet and I also love using it on my forearms for tendonitis. It is nice and firm with soft bumps that relieve all the tension! Highly recommend!
