Super durable and non-slip material
This mat feels buttery soft to your bones but is made for incredible grip and to keep you from sliding. I took the 5 mm because my spine is a softie and it's perfect for my morning yoga :) It doesn't slip when I sweat and I've not been in pain from my bones being too close to the floor!
