How to reimburse your purchase using HSA/FSA funds

You may be eligible for reimbursement from your pre-tax HSA or FSA funds for your purchase. We collaborated with Truemed to easily provide you the required Letter of Medical Necessity online if you qualify.

Complete your purchase
Choose the Truemed payment option.

Take an online health survey during checkout
After you choose the Truemed payment option at checkout, complete a short health survey. Once submitted, Truemed will share your survey with a licensed medical provider for evaluation. If approved, you’ll receive the documentation needed to submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

Send paperwork to your HSA/FSA provider
If you qualify, you will receive a Letter of Medical Necessity within days, along with instructions on how to submit your reimbursement request to your HSA/FSA provider.

Final qualification based on evaluation and approval from licensed provider.
