Teacher Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

Welcome! Our Yoga Teacher Program is designed to support teachers like you, whether in the studio or on your mat at home. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your membership.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Be a certified yoga instructor (e.g., 200‑hour or greater certification recognized by Yoga Alliance or equivalent).

• Provide valid documentation verifying your teaching status as requested by Hugger Mugger (e.g., yoga certification, current teaching schedule, instructor ID, employer verification, or similar proof).

We reserve the right to verify eligibility, and to approve or deny applications in our sole discretion.

3. Application & Approval Process

• Applicants must complete the online Program application accurately and completely.

• Allow up to 2-3 business days for review and approval of your application.

• Program approval is not guaranteed and may be revoked or suspended if eligibility requirements are not met or if these Terms are violated.

4. Discounts & Benefits

• Approved members receive a designated percentage discount (e.g., 40%) on qualifying Hugger Mugger products purchased directly through our official channels.

• Discounts are for personal use only and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, sales, or applied to past purchases unless otherwise stated. Discounts cannot be used on any products by Mache.

5. Usage Restrictions

By using the Program benefits, you agree that:

• Products purchased under the Program are for your own personal use only. You may not resell, export, or otherwise transfer discounted Program products for commercial resale or profit.

• You may not purchase products for other individuals, students, family members, or for business inventory.

• You may not use the Program discount toward free shipping or other offers that are not explicitly allowed by Hugger Mugger policies.

• You may not publicly represent that you receive special pricing in retail stores that carry Hugger Mugger products.

6. Account Limitations

• Program members may have annual product quantity or spend limits, as determined by Hugger Mugger.

• Purchases must be charged with a valid credit or debit card — we do not accept cash, money orders, or checks for Program orders.

7. Documentation & Verification

Hugger Mugger may request updated proof of teaching status at any time to maintain Program eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in suspension or termination of your Program privileges.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Hugger Mugger reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or your participation in it, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions.

• Failure to maintain eligibility.

• Suspicion of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, any unused Program benefits may be forfeited without compensation.

9. Changes to Terms

Hugger Mugger may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time at our discretion. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
