Good Pranayama Support
Very happy with the quality of the pranayama bolster. It aids in opening up the back and pectoral muscles, and can be used for support in various asanas as well as in pranayama breathing.

Quality Product
I've been using the quality-made Hugger Mugger Pranayama Yoga Bolster for years: to sit on to elevate the pelvis, to rest my head on in shavasana, to keep knees & ankles separated, and I just bought a second one for the bedroom yoga mat.
