THE BEST QUALITY

Chelsea Pugh
I first used this at a therapy appointment and fell in love with it, my therapist is also a yoga instructor and she uses it vertically upright when she’s sitting for better breathing, a straight spine and it feels so nice sitting between your shoulder blades. Now I use it for the same thing. If you’re looking for something very firm that will hold but nice and cushy to the touch, this is for you like it was for me :)

Good Pranayama Support

Ginger
Very happy with the quality of the pranayama bolster. It aids in opening up the back and pectoral muscles, and can be used for support in various asanas as well as in pranayama breathing.

I also have one and love to lie on it with arms outstretched. Good for restorative yoga.
