Mountain Man Having just had an accident and separated me shoulder, this pillow has been the best thing ever, as I can put it in the freezer or heat it, and in holds it either way. While the herbal scent is pleasant, the herbs work wonders as a topical anesthetic, perfect for sore muscles.
