PS: I've used a few other mats and I always prefer the Tapas mats.
I use my mat for Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha asana. It always has a great grip (even when covered in sweat) and has nice softness while still allowing me to keep my balance. I highly recommend this mat.
