All Hugger Mugger props are good quality, standard sizes, very durable -- this too.
I'm finally prepared to practice at home :) but I wish we weren't in the middle of a pandemic :(
I bought this to relieve pressure on my wrists during down dog and vinyasa practice. It does help, but my hands slips and I have to place it under my mat for sufficient grip. A little awkward that way but it does help.
I have a lot of trouble with inversions - the angle is too sharp for my tight wrists. It's taking some learning to use the wedge, but so far results are promising. It relieves wrist pressure while I'm doing the positions and some of the soreness I experience afterward.
I tried a wedge like this at my local studio, and it worked so well that I decided to spend the money on this one. It is very nice to have my own so that I can always do downward dog now without experiencing wrist pain.
