Our Yogatard® is lined in the front torso and back panty with Coolmax fabric that wicks perspiration away from your body and makes undergarments unnecessary. Its unique feature is an open back, which provides skin contact for your hands in shoulderstand and acts as a hinge to prevent the Yogatard® from riding up in forward bends.

I’m in love with the yogatard. It's so nice not having to pull up my pants or pull down my top or have my shirt fall in my face every time I lean over in my practice. It’s also nice to not feel quite so naked as practicing in a sports bra. It’s everything.

I love being able to wear this unitard. No need for sports bras or panties. I ordered an extra large even though I’m 5’5”, 127 lbs. It fits.

I love the Yogatard, still have 2 from early 90’s. This medium runs small so I will be returning it for a large or possible an XL. I normally wear M. Hopefully L will fit. Same great quality and fabulous design, I’ll look forward to my exchange.
