Grateful Yoga
The people you talk to when you call Hugger Mugger are not simply helpful and friendly folks (although they are), they’re the way they are at least partly because they all love and practice yoga. We’ve been inventing and developing products that help yogis of all ages, sizes and ability levels since 1986. We believe in what we do, and are grateful to have met so many wonderful people in the yoga world along the way.
Thanksgiving is, of course, about remembering the many blessings in our lives. Here’s what we’re grateful for:
Crystal: I am thankful for the giving of my life, the ability to help someone in need, and the joy that it brings to walk on this planet! By doing so I step out of lack and into abundance. Happy Thanksgiving!
Nichole: I am thankful for good friends and family. I am very fortunate to have so much love and abundance in my life.
Charlotte: I am grateful for each moment—when I remember to be present!
Lynae: I am grateful for the messages of inspiration that come to us in infinite forms throughout our lives and the ability and grace to recognize them. You can seek and receive inspiration any and everywhere you go. I’m also very thankful for my loved ones, food, water, and shelter. And my job and all of my co-workers!
Tabitha: I am grateful for Nadi Shodhana in the afternoon. I feel grounded again, ahhh.
You can practice gratitude any time, not just at Thanksgiving, although having a designated day makes it a lot easier to remember. Start now: Practice the yoga of gratitude—grateful yoga—for the many blessings, great and small, in your everyday life.
Happy Thanksgiving all! Grateful Yoga what a great concept, I love the days that allow us to sit down and remember who we are all and why we are all grateful to be here… Grateful Yoga indeed…
